Writings
Writing forces me to clarify my thinking and make it available for clients, the public and myself. I will add things monthly – let me know if you want to be notified when I post something new.
I’ve sorted the writing into three buckets.
These are general articles about managing and leading organizations. They should be of interest to anyone in any role who wants to be more effective. All these pieces are drawn from my practical experience over nearly forty years as an organizational development consultant.
I discovered the field of system dynamics in the 1990s, and have been a student and practitioner ever since, working to bridge the gap between the academic discipline of System Dynamics and the everyday work of organizational members. These pieces reflect what I’ve learned from that effort.
